Clipboard Health Shift Alerts is a standard-rate SMS/MMS program that provides recurring, informative texts about your posted shifts. Signing up for Clipboard Health Shift Alerts is not a condition of using Clipboard Health and you may cancel at any time.
Mobile User Signup/Opt-In
When you opt-in to the Clipboard Health Shift Alerts service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your sign up.
Clipboard Health Shift Alerts will send you messages about shift assignments and cancellations so that you can stay on top of shift activity without having to log into the app.
Mobile User Cancellation/Opt-Out
You can cancel the Clipboard Health Shift Alert SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to resubscribe to Clipboard Health Shift Alerts, just sign up again or reply START.
Mobile User Help
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
Mobile User Warranty
Clipboard Health will not be liable for any delays in receipt of any SMS messages connected with our Shift Alerts service. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
Mobile User Fees
Clipboard Health Shift Alert program does not charge users fees to send or receive text messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The message frequency will depend on how frequently you post shifts with us. Typically, there will only be 2 messages per shift, but that varies with activity on the shift in question. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
