What Is the Shift Cancellation Policy?

If a facility cancels a request for our HCPs at least 24 hours or more in advance of the shift, there will be no additional fees.

If a facility cancels a request for our HCPs within 24 hours of the start of a scheduled shift, we require them to pay for 2 hours of work at the Regular Rate. You must also notify us directly as no changes to the shift can be made within the app within 24 hours of the start of a scheduled shift. 

If the HCP is sent home before working half of the scheduled hours for that day, the facility will pay for 4 hours at the regular rate. 

If the HCP is sent home after 4 hours of work, the facility is responsible for paying the entire scheduled shift at the regular rate. 

How Do I Cancel a Shift?

If you are outside of the 24-hour window of time and would like to cancel a shift, simply remove the shift from the calendar within the app. 

If you are within the 24-hour window of time and would like to cancel a shift, you must notify us via email, phone, or text to cancel the shift. Please remember, you will still be required to pay for 2 hours of work at the regular rate.
